Different seasons call for different things. Check out our summer porch makeover on a budget.
Summer Porch Makeover on a budget

Last spring, you might remember, we painted our concrete porch. It was a simple project that really drastically changed the way it all looked. Super happy with the result.

This was the before of the porch last year. Not the worst thing I’ve ever seen, just a little sad. Right? Could be better (but couldn’t it always, you know?).

I’m sure most people start projects like these with an end result in mind. I don’t do that. Like ever. I’m not sure why… is it because of my enneagram number? Orrrr idk you tell me? Anyway. I just start and go for it. SO if you’re hesitating to get started because you don’t know where you’re headed, fear no more! Just start picking things you love and it’ll come together eventually. 😉

Almost all of these planters are things I already had. Some were thrift store finds, some weren’t. You can find terra cotta pots (and the plate that they sit on) at most hardware stores. I got mine from Home Depot last year. The beautiful thing is that they’re usually really inexpensive, but always look great.
